Coffee shipping is fast, fresh, and trackable at EllaVated Coffee Company. Every order is roasted to order and shipped promptly so your beans arrive at peak flavor.

How We Ship All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, with delivery estimated at 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you always know where your coffee is.

Coffee Shipping Times We roast your coffee fresh after you order, which means there may be a short roasting window before your order ships. This ensures you receive the freshest possible beans — never stale, never sitting on a shelf.

Order processing: 1–2 business days

Roasting: 1–2 business days

Shipping transit: 5–7 business days via USPS

Domestic Coffee Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. All domestic coffee shipping is handled through USPS Priority Mail or First Class depending on your location and order size.

International Shipping Orders outside the USA are subject to USPS International shipping rates. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
