Our coffee return policy is simple — we want you to love every cup. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we've got you covered.
First Order Guarantee return policy includes a full satisfaction guarantee on your first bag. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, and no need to return anything. We stand behind our coffee completely.
Subsequent Orders Our coffee return policy for repeat orders is as follows: because coffee is a perishable item, we are unable to accept returned coffee after your first order. However, if your order arrived damaged or there was an issue on our end, we will make it right.
Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Express shipping charges (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or other overnight services) are non-refundable
Ground shipping is refunded only if the order arrived damaged due to our shipping department's error
No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery
